This 90-minute Integrative Care Session is a deeply nurturing and transformative experience designed to meet you where you are. Each session blends conscious connected breathwork, Rahanni Celestial Healing, integrative counselling, and therapeutic care. The intention is to create a safe, compassionate, and supportive space where you can explore, process, and integrate what is occurring in your life.
This is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach, each session is tailored to your needs in the moment, weaving together different modalities in a way that supports your healing journey.
Integrative holistic therapy is especially supportive for those seeking to regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and overwhelm, and restore a sense of grounded calm. It can also be helpful for individuals who may wish to nourish their selfcare practices in a gentle yet effective way, creating space to slow down, release, and renew.
Holistic therapies are offered within the therapeutic space in the practice. Therapy and care are facilitated with sensitivity and care, meeting you exactly where you are and supporting you as you embrace healing on every level.
This 90-minute online session guides individuals through a conscious connected breathwork journey using two-part and three-part breathing techniques. Each session begins and ends with a natural, gentle breath and gradually builds into a deeper, more connected rhythm. The practice supports regulation of the nervous system, helping individuals return to their bodies, create a sense of safety, and find calm during times of stress or overwhelm. These sessions are suitable for anyone aged 16 years and over. They may be especially beneficial for individuals experiencing anxiety, negative self-talk, or a racing mind, as well as those who are less mobile, at home, or are leading very busy lives. Breathwork offers practical tools that can be used in everyday life to build resilience, restore balance, and create a lasting sense of peace.
For anyone new to breathwork, or attending a 1:1 session, a short consultation is included in advance. This ensures the session meets the individual’s needs and that all safety measures are in place. Our experienced facilitator prioritises safety and incorporates supportive check-ins before, during, and after each session.
