Counselling & Psychotherapy
Individuals Age 18+ years
We believe that conscious care begins with being truly seen and heard. Our Counselling and Psychotherapy services are grounded in compassion, respect, and a deep commitment to supporting each person’s unique journey. Our Therapists offer clients a non-judgmental space to explore challenges, strengthen resilience, and nurture self-understanding. Within the practice, we carefully match each individual or family with a therapist who can best support their needs, ensuring that the therapeutic process feels collaborative, respectful, and empowering.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, loss, or simply seeking greater clarity in areas of your life, our therapists are here to support and walk alongside you.
Counselling is not about quick fixes, it is about creating lasting change through mindful attention, open dialogue, and compassionate presence. Within the practice ‘Conscious Care’ means meeting you exactly where you are and supporting you as you move towards greater balance and wellbeing.
Family Support
We believe that each individual plays an important role within the family unit, and we recognise that caring for the whole family means ensuring that everyone has access to support, resources, and opportunities for growth. Our family support services are designed to provide care for every stage of life, from adolescence through adulthood, so that no one feels overlooked or left behind.

As part of this commitment, we offer a monthly online training series under our Seedling Model, tailored for parents, families, and individuals aged 16 and over. These sessions are informative and help to explore topics around parenting and family wellbeing, while also equipping participants with practical tools to support life at home.
In addition, we offer individuals access to the monthly group sessions for Conscious Connected Breathwork, facilitated by our Integrative Therapist, Rachael from our Conscious Care Team.
These sessions focus on self-awareness and self-care practices, including nervous system regulation, mindfulness, meditation, and body-based awareness, helping individuals to restore balance and strengthen resilience.
